The pages here describe the firm and the work it does. That is general information only. It is not legal, financial, tax or professional advice, and it is not a representation agreement.

No client relationship

Reading this site, or sending us a message through it, does not create a client relationship. Representation begins only under a written agreement signed by both sides. Nothing here should be relied on in place of advice about your own circumstances.

Scope and changes

We keep this site accurate and current, but the services described can change, and this site does not list every term of every engagement. Scope is always confirmed in writing before work begins — and where this page and a signed agreement differ, the agreement governs.

Our content

The CVYSM name, monogram and wordmark, and the text and design of this site, belong to CVYSM. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission. The mark page sets out how the monogram may and may not be used, and its rules apply.

Photographs of individuals on this site are not licensed for reuse.

Links elsewhere

Where this site links to another site — Instagram, for example — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or for how it handles your information.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the site being unavailable or from anything downloaded from it.
