What we do, and how it runs.

Four areas, one file. Engagements are shaped around the athlete they serve rather than sold as a package.

01

Representation

Agent of record across contracts, trades, and team dealings — the advocate in every room.

What it covers

  • Contract and endorsement negotiation
  • Team, league and club communication
  • Deal review and term analysis
  • Day-to-day advocacy

When this matters

First professional contract. A trade or transfer. A renewal window opening. Any moment where the terms on the table will outlast the season they were signed in.

Most of what goes wrong in a career is decided in a handful of conversations. Being in the room, prepared, is the whole job.

02

Negotiation

Deal structuring and contract negotiation built on leverage, precedent, and timing.

What it covers

  • Market and precedent analysis
  • Structuring, incentives and guarantees
  • Extensions and renegotiation
  • Independent second-opinion review

When this matters

When the number is not the only variable. Guarantees, incentives, options, bonuses and release terms are where a deal is actually won or lost.

We will also read a deal someone else negotiated. A second opinion is cheap next to a contract you cannot get out of.

03

Brand & Partnerships

Endorsements, licensing, and the athlete's name as an asset — protected and grown.

What it covers

  • Endorsement and licensing deals
  • Name, image and likeness (NIL) strategy
  • Appearance and content planning
  • Approval workflow and reputation care

When this matters

NIL changed the arithmetic for young athletes: there is real money available before a professional contract, and real exposure if it is handled carelessly.

The name is the one asset that does not expire when the playing career does. It is worth building deliberately.

04

Career & Financial Advisory

Planning beyond the contract: the earnings plan, the specialist team, and the transition out of sport.

What it covers

  • Career and earnings planning
  • Referrals to licensed tax, legal and wealth specialists
  • Off-field opportunity mapping
  • Transition and post-career planning

When this matters

Every career has a curve, and the second half is planned during the first. The earlier the plan exists, the more options it keeps open.

We coordinate the specialists. We do not replace them — and we do not take a fee for recommending one.

Process

How an engagement runs.

A conversation first. Paperwork second. Nothing is signed until the athlete understands exactly what they are agreeing to.

  1. Step 01

    Introduction

Where the career stands, what is already in place, and what is not working. No obligation, no pitch deck.

  2. Step 02

    Assessment

A straight read on contracts, existing obligations, and the opportunities currently on the table.

  3. Step 03

    Plan

Priorities in order, with the decisions that need making, who makes them, and when they come due.

  4. Step 04

    Representation

We work the file: negotiation, team and brand conversations, and the follow-through that keeps them moving.
