What this site collects

Nothing. There is no account, no login, no comment facility and no database behind this website. Nothing you do here is recorded by it or sent to us by it.

Cookies and analytics

There are no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel and no social media script. Nothing on this site profiles you or follows you to another one.

The one thing stored in your browser

The first time you visit, the opening animation plays once. A single flag is written to your browser's session storage — named cvysm:intro — so that it does not replay on every page you open. It holds no personal information, it is not readable by us or by anyone else, and it is cleared automatically when you close the tab or browser.

You can block or clear it at any time through your browser's own settings; the site works normally without it.

The contact form

The form on the contact page has no server behind it. It composes an email in your own mail application and hands it to you to send. Nothing is transmitted to this website and nothing is stored by it. What you choose to send then reaches us as ordinary email, and is covered by the section below.

This is also why the site can be honest about needing no cookies: there is no submission to track.

Two things loaded from elsewhere

The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. Loading a page therefore tells Google your IP address and the page you are on, in the same way any font or image hosted elsewhere would.

Links to Instagram and the other destinations in the footer are ordinary links. Nothing is loaded from them, and nothing about you is shared with them, unless you click.

If you email or call

When you contact us directly, we use what you give us to reply to you and to work out whether we are the right fit. We do not sell it.

If we go on to act for you, the records we keep and how long we keep them are governed by the agreement you sign and by the rules that apply to a licensed football agent.

Asking us to delete something

Write to info@cvysm.com and ask. If you have sent us an email and want it removed, we will confirm when we have done it. Note that this website holds no record of your visit for us to delete in the first place.
