With a conversation, not a contract. We look at where the career stands, what is already in place, and what is not working — no obligation, no pitch deck.
From there the work runs in four steps: introduction, assessment, a plan with priorities in order, then representation.
Four things: anything currently signed or in negotiation, the honest picture of where things stand — including what has gone wrong before — what matters to you beyond the number, and who else advises you, so that we work with them rather than around them.
Fees are agreed in writing, up front, before anything is signed. We do not take a cut of everything — the scope is fixed in writing before work begins.
Contracts — negotiation, review, extensions and terms. Teams and clubs — day-to-day communication and advocacy. Commercial — endorsements, licensing and appearances. Name and likeness — NIL strategy, approvals and protection. Planning — career, earnings and transition.
We do not give legal advice, or tax and investment advice; where those are needed we instruct and coordinate qualified, licensed specialists. We do not take a cut of everything. And we do not sign and then disappear — representation is ongoing work, not a signing.
